This site does not yet utilize Secure Socket Layer to encode transactions.

FloorVibe may be ordered on-line using Visa, MasterCard, or a corporate purchase order.  FloorVibe may also be ordered by mail using a corporate check.  To order by mail, simply print this page and mail the completed order form with payment to 537 Wisteria Drive, Radford, VA 24141 USA.  If you have questions regarding products, services, ordering, or prices please call Tom Murray at (540) 731-3330.
